keeping cards from being cast

if I were to exile and return Council of the Absolute with triads of fate ability can I keep choosing different cards for them to cast not letting them play their deck

Council of the Absolute can only have one card named at a time. When you exile it with Triad of Fates , it will "forget" the card it named last time and only have the new card you named.
