Kamigawa Flip Card Question

I am looking for some guidance/confirmation on the rulings of auras/counters on a FLIP card from the Kamigawa Block Nezumi Shortfang. I am currently using him alongside Oona's Blackguard and want to know/confirm that if he gets the +1/+1 counter for being a Rogue will he keep that +1/+1 counter and or any other auras/equipment attached to him i.e. Aqueous Form/Quietus Spike when he flips to become Stabwhisker the Odious?

Flipping a card does not cause it to leave play, so auras and counters remain on the flipping card.
