Just wondering about Enter the Infinite

Asked by Genderfluidia 4 years ago

So, just to be clear, with Enter the Infinite : you don't lose for running out of cards because one goes back as your library, but I thought losing doesn't go on the stack, so why would you wait for the spell to resolve by putting back the card?

You do not lose the game for having no cards in your library. You lose the game if you are required to draw more cards than the amount of cards left in your library.

104.3c If a player is required to draw more cards than are left in their library, they draw the remaining cards and then lose the game the next time a player would receive priority. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704.)

Even if you did not put that last card back, you would not lose unless some effect forced you to draw with an empty library.
