Is using Timberwatch Elf twice during combat possible with Quirion Ranger?

I have an Elvish Vanguard, Quirion Ranger, and a Timberwatch Elf on the battlefield. I attack with my elvish vanguard and my opponent follows with a block.

Can I tap Timberwatch Elf targeting vangard, use Quirion Ranger's activated ability to untap timberwatch, and proceed to use timberwatche's activated ability twice during combat?

Can I use timberwatch's ability x amount of times if I have more quirion rangers?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you can activate an ability as many times as you can pay its cost.

Quirion Ranger has a restriction on the number of times its ability can be activated. Timberwatch Elf does not.
