Is this a possible infinite turn combo?

So looking through my Amonkhet common box, I came across Vizier of the Tumbling Sands. Thinking of it, can you use it, or any card with the same ability grant you extra turns using time vault?
For reference - Vizier of Tumbling Sands.
Yes, this is an infinite turn combo. Almost anything that untaps a permanent is an infinite combo with Time Vault though. Kiora's Follower, Voltaic Key, Fatestitcher or even Venser, the Sojourner just to name a few.

Wow. Had never heard of Time Vault. Yeah, that should totally work.
