Is there another way to turn gods into creatures?

If I have any god in play (let's say Athreos, God of Passage) but I don't have enough devotion to turn it into a creature, so I play Opalescence.

Would my Athreos, God of Passage be 5/4 or 3/3?

For the interaction of continuous effects as laid out in rule 316 of the comprehensive rules (its rather long and dense so I'm not going to quote it) Opalescence functions in 2 different layers.

Both type changing effects applies in layer 4 and so timestamp is important. Any god in play before Opalescence will be a creature and god that comes in after will not be.

Opalescence's power and toughness setting ability applies in layer 7b and will effect gods even with devotion and has no conflicting ability. So with Opalescence in play a god will always have P/T equal to its CMC if it is a creature.
