Is there an Infinite Whip of Erebos Combo if the Whip didn't exile cards?

I think this works. Jeskai Ascendancy out. Use one of the many infinite mana combos with it. You also have an Ensoul Artifacted Whip of Erebos. If the Whip didn't exile cards, you could keep using the Whip on Hornet Queen to get infinite Insect tokens, correct? Remember, this is if the Whip doesn't exile cards. Just wanted to know.

Assuming Whip of Erebos did not have the exile part, you'd need a way to get Hornet Queen into the graveyard again, unless you meant you were doing this each turn rather than several times a turn. Any sacrifice outlet could work like this: Devouring Swarm for example.

There are probably easier ways to do this, depending on what your objective is, that wouldn't require the cards to not be as printed.
