Is there a Hurricane a'coming or not!?!?

Ok, i load up the Hurricane spell into my pauper deck and the site says ya your deck is pauper legal. But looking around the internet it seems like this card shouldn't be pauper legal in MTGO. In MTG it is for sure(?). Does this site not differentiate mtgo from mtg(if not say so, don't even have to code anything, just a statement that the legality of the deck is based on MTG(or MTGO) rules!)?

it has never had a printing at common. ALso don't trust the legality from this site, always check other sources.
