is the legen rule killing them?

if i have to planeswalkers of the same name example Nicol Bolas, the Arisen and Nicol Bolas, the Deceiver, is it the kegend rule that does one of them die. and can i keep them both with Mirror Gallery?

You can have two planeswalkers with the same subtype and different names even without Mirror Gallery, but the Gallery will allow you to have two planeswalkers with the same name out, yes. This is the case as of Ixalan, when the "planeswalker uniqueness rule" was removed and all planeswalkers were errata'd to be legendary.

As long as each Bolas walker has a unique name, yes.
