Is Sphinx of Magosi frontier legal?

I know Sphinx of Magosi is standard legal because of the welcome deck but is it frontier legal?

According to MTG Salvation, yes:

"Cards appearing in the Magic Origins sample decks, the Welcome Deck 2016 expansion, or Planeswalker Decks are also legal in the format."
