is Skullbriar, the Walking Graves counters afected in graveyard

if Skullbriar, the Walking Grave has counters on it in a graveyard, wil they be removed if i cast AEther Snap and what about if he is exiled while it is cast

"Permanents" means "objects on the battlefield". AEther Snap doesn't affect cards in other zones.

While in the Graveyard Skullbriar, the Walking Grave is not a Permanent and will remain unaffected by AEther Snap , and as stated on Skullbriar, the Walking Grave the only zone where he won't retain his counters is in the library and the hand.
Exiling him won't remove his counters.
