Is it blue, black or gold?

If I have Circu, Dimir Lobotomist and play Mind Funeral, is it considered blue, black or gold?

Mind Funeral is blue and black. Gold is not a color in magic, although "multicolored" is a trait. Whenever something checks for characteristics like color (such as Circu, Dimir Lobotomist) it's checking exactly that and nothing else. For Mind Funeral "is it blue?" is true, it has blue in its casting cost and no trait defining ability to say it's not blue such as Devoid. The same is true for black. Both of Circu, Dimir Lobotomist's triggered abilities trigger.

From the comprehensive rules, in case they want to see it:

202.2c An object with two or more different colored mana symbols in its mana cost is each of the colors of those mana symbols. Most multicolored cards are printed with a gold frame, but this is not a requirement for a card to be multicolored.

Multicolored
An object with two or more colors is multicolored. Multicolored is not a color. See rule 105, Colors, and rule 202, Mana Cost and Color.
