Ink-Treader Nephilim copies divided as I choose?

I read that spells like Seeds of Strength will trigger Ink-Treader Nephilim's ability if it is chosen as the target everytime. Does the same apply if i divide my damage all to him with Flames of the Firebrand or Comet Storm or the fire side of Fire/Ice? Can I break up any of the dmg? Im guessing no cause that is a headache of dmg splitting

Yes. I assumed you looked at Gatherer because Seeds of Strength is the card they use in the example.
2/1/2006: Ink-Treader Nephilim's ability will trigger off a spell with multiple targets if all of those targets are Ink-Treader Nephilim. For example, Seeds of Strength cast with Ink-Treader Nephilim as each of the three targets will cause the ability to trigger.
Ink-Treader Nephilim must be the only target of the spell if its ability is to trigger. It don't trigger if another object is targeted, even if the spell also targets Ink-Treader Nephilim.
