Wurmcoil Engine Ashnod's Altar Altar of Dementia Nim Deathmantle
Is there a way to stack triggers so that this goes infinite??
Sac wurmcoil to dementia, triggering wurmcoil and Nim. Place Nim below wurm, then wurm resolves gaining to smaller wurms. Sac them to Ashnod and gain 4 mana. Then use 4 mana to pay for Nim. Repeat...right? Or wrong?

Yes, as far as I know, you can. Wurmcoil Engine's dying trigger and Nim Deathmantle's dying trigger both go on to the stack simultaneously. Since you control both of them, you choose in what order they resolve. Have the Wurm's resolve first, giving you the two 3/3 tokens, both of which can be sacrificed to Ashnod's Altar for 4 mana total (which doesn't use the stack since it's a mana ability, fyi). And use that 4 mana to pay for Nim Deathmantle's cost to recur the Wurm. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.
Here is a snippet from Gatherer's regarding Nim Deathmantle:
1/1/2011 You choose whether to pay 4 as Nim Deathmantle's second ability resolves. Although players may respond to this ability, once it begins to resolve and you decide whether to pay, it's too late for players to respond.
This mean that you don't have to pay the 4 mana until it resolves, not when it's initially put on to the stack. So have fun milling!
