If A planeswalker would be dealt damage by a creature with infect what happens

Infect damage has no special interaction with planeswalkers. Infect only modifies how damage is dealt to players and to creatures.

Yes. It deals normal damage to planeswalkers because the special rules that affect how infect damage is dealt are applicable only to players and creatures.

If your planeswalker happens to become a creature, then infect damage will be dealt to it in the form of -1/-1 counters (unless that damage is prevented; see Gideon Jura's 0 ability).
