If I have out March of the Machines, Mycosynth Lattice and Coat of Arms does all lands die or get pumped up

So if I have 6 islands a March of the Machines and Coat of Arms out and cast Mycosynth Lattice will my islands die or become 5/5?

Coat of Arms requires the creatures to share a creature type. Since island is a basic land type, and not a creature type, it will not be buffed by Coat of Arms. You islands become 0/0 creatures and die.

So I need to add Xenograft to the equation then

Yes. If you control Xenograft, all your island become overpowered.
