If I cast Galvanic Bombardment with exactly one copy in the graveyard and I cast that copy using Harness the Storm, how much damage would I deal?

So Galvanic Bombardment deals 2 damage plus one for each copy in your graveyard. Let's say I cast one with one copy in the yard. That would deal 3 damage, that's simple. What if I also use Harness the Storm to cast the second copy out of the graveyard? Will the second copy of Galvanic Bombardment be in the graveyard by the time this happens?

Three important things here:

When you cast a card, you put it on the stack. When you cast something from your graveyard, it will be moved from the gy to the stack.

When a spell is fully resolved, it is moved from the stack to the gy.

Galvanic Bombardment checks for copies in the gy when it resolves.

Here is what happens (without any interactions other than Galvanic Bombardment and Harness the Storm):

More details for better understanding of how abilities, the stack, and responding works, though the above answer is correct in it's numbers.

  1. You cast Galvanic Bombardment, causing Harness the Storm to trigger. The stack has Bombardment on it with a triggered ability on top and players are allowed to respond, starting with you.
  2. Harness the Storm's ability resolves, letting you cast the Galvanic Bombardment in your graveyard. The stack now has 2 Bombardments on it, with the one from your hand on the bottom and the one from your graveyard on top and players are allowed to respond, starting with the active player (whoever's turn it is).
  3. The Galvanic Bombardment from your graveyard resolves, dealing 2 damage as mentioned before. The stack now has just 1 Bombardment on it and players can respond, again starting with the active player.
  4. The original Galvanic Bombardment resolves. It deals the 3 damage previously established and the stack is empty. Players may respond, again starting with the active player. If nobody does, the turn progresses to the next step.
