If I cast Arcbond on Aschloud Phoenix before it takes lethal damage, do I end up with a morph after everything?

Say I've declared Ashcloud Phoenix as a blocker against anything with 2+ power. Before damage I cast Arcbond on the Phoenix. Which of the following scenarios is true, if any:

• Combat damage happens, Phoenix dies. Arcbond damage resolves, then Phoenix returns as a morph.
• Combat damage happens, Phoenix dies. Phoenix returns as a morph. Arcbond damage resolves, killing the morph because it a new entity and thus an "other creature" for the purposes of Arcbond.
• Both scenarios are valid. The triggers occur simultaneously thus I can order them any way I like.

Your third choice is correct. Whenever multiple triggers would go onto the stack at the same time you get to choose their order.

Thanks lordoftheshadows. I wasn't certain the triggers did happen at the same time, since they trigger off different (though related) events.
