If a planeswalker becomes creature and get lifelink...

Hi! The question is for that example: I have Narset of the Ancient Way and Sarkhan the Masterless on battlefield.
Use the first ability of Sarkhan and becomes the two planeswalker in dragon 4/4.
Secondly, use Deafening Clarion dealt 3 damage and giving both creatures lifelink.
The Question: If I use the second ability of Narset, gain life with the damage?

im guessing English is not your first language, but it looks like you're asking if lifelink can include noncombat damage, which it can. thats why Soulfire Grand Master can exist, which also shows that the card does not even have to be a creature to have lifelink. if you find a way to give a planeswalker lifelink, then the planeswalker does not even have to be a creature. an example of this can be found in Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord.
