How would this interaction work out?

Say I have Hypersonic Dragon on the battlefield and cast Mind's Desire on the stack at Instant speed, with my opponent having cast 5 spells in one turn. If a creature were exiled this way with Mind's Desire, would I be able to cast it at the end of my opponent's turn, it would it be an illegal action and remain exiled?

You still have to follow the rules of the game. Nothing says you can cast creature spells as though they have flash.

Mind's Desire doesn't say anything about timing restrictions, so the normal rules apply. You may cast instants and sorceries (thanks to the dragon), but not anything else.
