how much does Gleam of Authority boost a creature exactly?

I have a question about Gleam of Authority as I find its text a little confusing.
it says: Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on other creatures you control.
imagine this situation:
I have 3 creatures. The first creature has one +1/+1 counter on it. The second creature has no counters on it and the third creatures has two +1/+1 counters on it.
I play Gleam of Authority on the creature that has no counters on it. Does it get +2/+2 now or +3/+3?

Gleam asks the question " how many counters do your non-gleaming-with-authority creatures have". In your example, one of the dudes has 1 counter, the other has 2, making it a total of 3.
