How many non-basic lands can I tap a turn

Asked by tasondag 8 years ago

I understand that you can only play one land (basic or non-basic) from your hand to the field each turn. However, if I already have 2 non-basic lands on the field, can I tap them both in same turn for their effect? Example: If I had a Plains in my hand and 2 Kabira Crossroads already on the field, in my next turn can I play the Plains from my hand and tap both of the Kabira Crossroads to add 2 white mana to my pool for a total of 3 mana that turn?

As long as you can pay the cost (Tap) you can activate the ability. There is no limit to the number of lands that can be activated in a turn, that's the entire reason of limiting how many you can actually play in a turn.
