How many +1/+1 counters?

I have three essence-warden and one ajanis-pridemate on the table, opponent casts increasing-devotion for its flashback cost. I get 30 lives, but how many counters on each creature? 30? If I had 2 Ajanis pridemate, would it be 40?Many thanks

Each Ajani's Pridemate get's 30 +1/+1 counters regardless of how many pride mates there are.
