How evolve works with massive blink?

Hello

If I have on battlefield Cloudfin Raptor and 4x Faerie Impostor and Planar Guide .

When I use Planar Guide ability, how many times evolve will trigger?

Right after an event happens, the game checks to see if any triggered abilities are supposed to trigger. This means that creatures entering the battlefield at the same time can all trigger off of each other.

Evolve will trigger 4 times, but Cloudfin Raptor will only get 2 +1/+1 counters. This is because evolve is written with an "intervening 'if' clause", so it checks the condition both at the time it would trigger and before it starts resolving. As the 3rd trigger would start to resolve, Raptor is now a 2/3, meaning that particular Faerie Impostor isn't big enough to evolve it anymore. Same thing with the 4th trigger.

Note that you still have all the Impostors' own triggers to deal with.
