How dose blinking mutated creatures work?

Let's say I'm playing a Nethroi, Apex of Death commander deck and I mutate it under a creature and I blink that creature. Would my commander fall off, or act like augment where it's part of the creature
Raging_Squiggle is incorrect. The Mutated pile is blinked as a whole and returned to the battlefield as separate parts, no longer mutated together.

The topmost creature will be the only one affected, the rest will remain on the battlefield.
