How does Underworld Breach Work?

The card Underworld Breach has completely broken my mind with the combos and interactions with it but wasn't sure how a few cards would work with it. Specifically phyrexian mana cards and suspend cards without a mana cost. Could you theroretically cast wheel of fate for free to draw your whole deck?
You are correct that you can't escape Wheel of Fate for the same reason you can't flash it back. It doesn't have a mana cost, therefore there is no valid cost to use as its escape cost.
Phyrexian mana cards will work fine, and you can pay life for the phyrexian mana.

Update to the question I assume the suspend cards don't work for the same reason Past in Flames can't cast Wheel of Fate with flashback.
