How does Teysa interact with devour?

If I have [Teysa Karlov] in play and then I cast [Mycoloth] does Teysa double the amount of counters on Mycoloth?

Unfortunately no, Teysa Karlov only works for death triggers, and even though you're sacrificing the creature, the reason for the triggered ability of Mycoloth is it entering the battlefield.

I didn't think teysa did, doesn't change the way the deck will operate, but I wanted to double check.

Good attempt at linking but you use double brackets, not single. :)

Mycoloth
Teysa does not interact with Mycoloth. The first reason is that Devour is a replacement effect, not a trigger. The second reason is that Devour applies to entering creatures, not creatures dying. If you are using Mycoloth as a sacrifice outlet for other abilities that are triggered and caused by the sacrificed creatures dying, then those triggers will still happen twice.
