How does Shifting Sky and Mycosynth Lattice Interact

Since both Shifting Sky and Mycosynth Lattice effect permanents on the battlefield by changing their color, which color ends up taking president? I know that Lattice will change the color of the permanents everywhere else, but as soon as the cards hit the battlefield, what color are the permanents?

Since both cards are interacting with the same color change layer and there are no dependencies occurring, it's a timestamp to decide. Whatever card entered the battlefield last will be in effect.

Also, note that permanents exist only on the battlefield. In all other zones, they are simply cards. There are no permanents in other zones.
