How does Khalni Garden + Weirding Wood work?

If i have a Khalni Garden in the play and enchant it with Weirding Wood , how does the tapping effect work? Because now it got tap: Add Forest to your mana pool and tap: Add two mana of any one color to your mana pool. Does it do both the effects when I tap it or do i choose onle one when i tap Khalni Garden ??

First of all, is green mana, not "Forest" - Forest is a land type.

Enchanting a land with Weirding Wood will grant that land an additional ability. You can choose whether to tap Khalni Garden for , or two mana of any single color. represents a cost you have to pay, and unless you untap your land after activating one of it's abilities, you won't be able to pay the cost twice.
