How does Eldrazi Temple interact with Oath of Nissa

Can I tap for 2 colourless Eldrazi mana and cast Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded(example) or does the rule on the land override the enchantment?

Oath of Nissa only allows you to spend mana as if it were mana of any color. Any other requirement such as the clause for getting 2 mana off of Eldrazi Temple or the one on Ancient Ziggurat must still be followed.
