How does Crackling Drake work with Invert / Invent

Example:

I have Crackling Drake on the battlefield with 2 instants on the graveyard, making it a 2/4. I play Invert / Invent, targeting the Crackling Drake

What would it be the end result of that a 4/3 drake or a 7/0 drake??

Crackling Drake has a characteristic-defining ability that applies in layer 7. Power/toughness switching as in Invert also applies in layer 7. However the things that apply in layer 7 apply in a specific order. Characteristic-defining abilities are applied first, and effects that switch power and toughness are applied last.

So Invert resolves and goes to the graveyard, giving you three instants/sorceries in the bin. Crackling Drake's power-defining ability sets it at a 3/4. Assuming none of the other layer 7 applications are in effect here, then the power and toughness are switched, and you end with a 4/3 drake.
