How do you choose at random from an arbitrarily large number of options?

On this side, Trostani, Selesnya's Voice has created 1,000,000...,000 tokens, let's say with Sunstrike Legionnaire and Presence of Gond. Over there, Riku of Two Reflections has been spamming Displace next to Doubling Season and Eternal Witness. Sedris, the Traitor King gets annoyed and drops Last One Standing. What's the best way to find out who survives?

Generally, you figure out how many creatures there are, then roll a die with an appropriate number of faces.

With a ridiculous number of tokens, however, I would break out the phone or computer and look for a random number generator.

Or one could just argue that with that many tokens on the board, it's most likely one of them is going to be the survivor just due to basic statistics, but that's less satisfying to anyone who wants a different creature to be the last one standing.

We went with the "basic statistics" option when it came up, and everyone was cool with that. But it sounds like there's no official sanctioned method. If two people have (Graham's number) tokens, I assume a coin flip to decide who gets to keep their token, or a dice roll to decide what type of token, would work.
