Hostility + Sizzle?

I play a lot of multiplayer games and I was wondering if I were to use Sizzle with Hostility on the field would I get more than three tokens?

You certainly would in a multiplayer game - assuming you have three opponents, Sizzle would deal 9 damage that are prevented, getting you 9 3/1 tokens.
