If Favored Hoplite is on the field and i cast Satyr Grovedancer and target Favored Hoplite does heroic trigger giving an additional counter?

No. Heroic specifies that it only triggers when you (the controller of the heroic permanent) cast a spell that targets the heroic permanent. Abilities are not spells, so abilities can never trigger heroic.
