Help with Nissa Worldwaker and her -7 ability

Recently a friend and I were play EDH, His legendary is Nissa, Worldwaker. The battlefield had a Killer Bees out, he used Nissa's -7 and pulled out 30+ forests. My question, can he use these forests to pump up the killer bees and attack for 30+ or is there some kind of summoning sickness that occurs because the are also creatures? Ive scoured the google for a specific answer. Thanks for your help on this.

since the lands Nissa, Worldwaker puts out are creatures they have summing sickness so no you could not tap them for mana.

Note that Nissa, Worldwaker is not a legendary creature and may not be used as a commander unless you have agreed as a house rule to allow it.
