Haze of Pollen and Fumigate

Asked by FishJunkie 6 years ago

Can Haze of Pollen be used to stop the board-sweeping effects of Fumigate? Or is fumigate not considered combat damage? I am new to this game, so any clarity on this subject and/or examples would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

Remember to link cards by using double brackets

Haze of Pollen
Fumigate

Combat damage is only dealt by creatures that're attacking or blocking during the combat damage step of a turn. Fumigate deals no damage whatsoever, but rather destroys creatures directly.

Thanks, AC!
Can't figure out how to edit my original question, but will link cards in the future.

You can't edit after it's been posted so don't worry too much about it. Make sure to mark an answer so this leaves the unanswered queue, and don't hesitate to come back here with more questions :)
