Harmess the Storm

If I have Harness the Storm and cast Lightning Bolt with two Lightning Bolt's in the graveyard, can I cast both bolts from the graveyard or just one?

No, just one per Harness the Storm trigger.

The trigger on the card says that you have to select a target with the same name. Obviously, that can be only one card.

If you have multiple Harness the Storm in play and only one copy of Lightning Bolt in the yard, you will get to cast the spell from the graveyard only once. During the resolution of the first trigger, you cast the spell from your yard and it goes on the stack, resolves and goes back to the yard. Thus, it becomes a new object and the second harness trigger loses track of it.

Weird card that is.
