Halcyon Glaze

If I put out a Halcyon Glaze then put out a creature, can I attack with the Halcyon Glaze illusion or does it have summoning sickness?

Whether or not a creature has summoning sickness depends on how long you've controlled it. If you just played the Halcyon Glaze this turn, then you haven't controlled it long enough for summoning sickness to wear off.
