Ground Seal and Seasons Past

I know that Tasigur, the Golden Fang can be played with Ground Seal as it doesn't target. I wonder whether Seasons Past works like that as well or how the wording has to be to allow for a card to bypass the graveyard restriction.

You would get cards back with Seasons Past. Seasons Past doesn't target (i.e. the word target isn't on the card), so Ground Seal has no interaction with it.
