So if I have Greenwarden of Murasa on the battlefield and I use a wrath effect can I use the Greenwarden's ability to get the wrath back?

Yes. The triggered ability is only put on the stack and therefore its target is only chosen when the wrath has resolved, by which point it has been put into your graveyard.
