if i Radiant Flames with coverge for 3 can i flash it back with Goblin Dark-Dwellers or is it flashed back for 1 instead of its converge cost or is it not a valid target.

You CAN cast it with Darkdwellers, but it would deal no damage to any creatures because no mana was spent to cast it (and therefore no colors).
