Can u target burn from within in the graveyard off of goblin dark dwellers graveyard effect and pay the x cost to use burn from within

You can target Burn from Within because anywhere other than the stack, a X value is 0. So Burn from Within has a converted mana cost of 1, which makes it a legal target for Goblin Dark-Dwellers. However, if you cast an X spell without paying its mana cost, X is automatically 0 for the spell.
