Gifting Lich's Mastery

If I somehow gift (let's say I used Zedruu the Greathearted to gift) Lich's Mastery to my opponent then I destroy all enchantments. They would lose right? Or would I lose because I own the card?

The controller of the Lich's Mastery at the time that it leaves the battlefield will lose the game. The owner of the card has no bearing.
