Genesis Wave and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx

Hello, i have a green/red deck that runs Genesis Wave and obviously Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx my main question is, when the wave happens, if i have a Shrine on the feild, and hit two Shrines in the same wave, can i use 2 mana, and make X more for the current devotion with all the creatures the Wave brought in, with one of the new shrines, and keeping one untapped for later use? with the end result being two Shrines in the graveyard, one on feild untapped, and lots of mana from using Shrine number 2 of 3.
so theres no time between resolution of Genesis Wave, and the checking of State Based Actions to activate Shrine number 2?

Correct. State-based are checked before either player receives priority to activate any abilities.

You don't get any opportunity to activate Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx while the Genesis Wave is resolving and putting permanents on the battlefield.
If I'm understanding your example correctly - once Genesis Wave finishes resolving and puts the other 2 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx on to the battlefield, state-based actions are checked, the 'Legendary Rule' is enforced and you will need choose 1 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx to stay on the battlefield while the rest are put in to the graveyard.
