How does Gaddock Teeg interact with Terminus played as a miracle?

Even if spells are cast with their alternate costs, their converted mana cost remains the same. If you have Gaddock Teeg in play, your opponent will not even be allowed to cast Terminus .

Terminus 's CMC is 6. CMC is always derived from the mana cost of the card, which is always the value printed in the card's upper right corner.
You can choose to announce the miracle trigger, but when the ability resolves, you won't be able to cast the spell because Gaddock Teeg 's ability disallows it.
