full interaction of card?

ok. I have Ink-Treader Nephilim out and I target him with Oblation I understand that thanks to the nephilim that every creature that can be affected will get shuffled back into the respective decks. but what about the drawing aspect of Oblation as an example including the nephilim I had 4 creatures placed back in. would I get 8 cards or just 2?

Note that the copies are not cast, they are created on the stack targeting their respective creatures.

Since four copies were cast, you would get 2 cards four times, so you would get 8 assuming the permanents are nonland. However, if the opponent owns the permanent, since the card says the owner draws two cards, your opponents would draw cards if they own the creature. Hopefully this helps.
