Forked Bolt - Hit once or twice?

Hello.
Does Forked Bolt hit a single target once with 2 dmg or does it hit twice with 1 dmg?

If you're asking about Enrage effects, if you choose to deal 2 damage to 1 creature with Enrage, Enrage will only trigger once.

TO answer your question, forked bolt deals 2 damage to a single target. The Gatherer entry for any card has an FAQ with the most common connundums about cards:
You divide the damage as you cast Forked Bolt, not as it resolves. Each target must be assigned at least 1 damage. (In other words, as you cast Forked Bolt, you choose whether to have it deal 2 damage to a single target, or deal 1 damage to each of two targets.) (2010-06-15)
