Force player to sacrifice a hexproof creature

Can one force a player to sarcifice a hexproof creature?For example, by playing Tribute to Hunger when I have ONLY hexproof creatures like Lumberknot?

This works because Tribute to Hunger targets the player, instead of the creature. The obvious downside being he has to choose the creature. With hexproof, always take careful note of how the word "target" is used in the description of the spell or ability.
