Fetch lands plus Urborg

If I have Bloodstained Mire on the field and I sac it to search for a swamp does Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth ability of having all lands being swamps happen?

Whenever an effect references a permanent type, but doesn't say "[type] cards," then that effect references only permanents of that type. Remember that permanents only exist on the battlefield.
Therefore, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth 's ability affects only lands that are on the battlefield. It doesn't affect lands in other zones, so it doesn't affect what you can find with Bloodstained Mire .

It's ability only affects lands on the battlefield.
