Face down exile and processing/ Oblivion Sower

You can exile cards your opponents own with cards like Gonti, Lord of Luxury. When I cast Oblivion Sower and I have exiled some of their lands face down with gonti, can I put those face down lands into play? Also, can they be targeted by abilities like the processing mechanic from bfz?

Cards in face down exile do not have characteristics, so they are not considered lands for the purpose of of oblivion sower. They can still be prosessed, as prosessors don't specify face up exile like Pull from Eternity does.
